Miles Bonell - Founder
I’ve worked at large companies such as Amazon & Tesco, small / start up style companies going through rapid growth, and older companies needing some life pumped back into their HR processes. I’ve seen how the big guys deliver world class HR as well as working with the little guys (which I much prefer).
Talent acquisition is my bag, creating strategies, improving processes and delivering against operational needs. I’ve covered the full HR spectrum during my career, from managing high performing teams, delivering restructures, implementing new HR systems, the list goes on… however if there’s something that is out of my scope, one of our expert consultants will have you covered.
Andrew Hall - HR Consultant
I am as generalist in HR as they come. With over 15 years HR experience across large corporates and blue chip companies such as Epson and Tesco (that’s how I met the other guy), as well as independent consulting for many smaller companies and clients over the past 5 years, I’ve covered everything you can think of that falls under the HR umbrella (and a few things that don’t). I now own Pondcroft Consulting and work with milo on large projects or tricky HR matters that require my expertise.
With a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, I am able to draw on strong technical skill and broad mutli-sector experience to design innovative and creative HR solutions that deliver on business needs.

With over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world, I have had the pleasure of working in multiple industries covering everything HR, from HR Operations to HR strategy, fundamentally the full employee life cycle.
In recent years, I love to specialise in business transformation, whether that’s scaling up a business, or scaling down. Re-structuring is my thing, oh and did I mention I bizarrely love dealing with complex employee disputes on behalf of clients.
After finishing my corporate HR career at Canada Life and WPP I set up NESE HR Consultancy, however in between client work, I support great Companies such as Milo to deliver for clients.
