For larger projects or longer term consulting, we can work together to scope the complexity of the project and create a bespoke package that works for you. We have a clever business model that aims to keep your costs down. To hear more about how we do this click here.


Consulting.

Tier 1

£125 hr - HR advisory inc document drafting, general advice, payroll, performance management, sickness/absence advice, L&D etc

Tier 2

£175 hr - HR Consulting inc strategy, disciplinary / grievance, redundancies, dismissals, org development, onsite training, system implementation etc


Fixed Fee.

TA or HR Strategy Session

£3000 - Cost includes;

  • 1 half day fact finding session with business

  • Strategy document

  • 1 half day strategy delivery session

Group Training Sessions

£750 per day - Includes;

  • Leadership

  • People management

  • Recruitment

  • GDPR

HR / ATS Implementation

£3000 - Cost includes;

  • 1 half day fact finding session

  • 2 days onsite training

  • 4 hr follow up consulting

Contract’s and Policies

  • Employment Contract - £250

  • Employment Handbook - £1000

  • HR Essential Policy Bundle - £300

  • Individual HR Policies - £100

Company Restructures

Starting from £1500 - Cost includes;

  • Template letters

  • Process docs

  • 2 hr Tier 2 consultancy

Talent Acquisition delivery

  • Single assignment - 15% fixed fee per role

  • RPO - 5-10% fee depending on volume / needs.
